Lia Gaertner has 30 years of experience in research, writing, teaching, and project management. She holds a BS in Environmental Science with minors in Ethnobotany and Agroecology from UC Berkeley, a Master of Science in Ethnobotany from Cornell University, and a Master of Translational Medicine from UCSF-UC Berkeley Bioengineering.
